My name is Sue Beilman and I am a full time real estate agent with RE/MAX Real Estate Group in Olathe, Kansas.  I specialize in new and previously owned homes, rural property, and acreage.  For the first time buyer, I have helped many through a smooth process of buying a home.  For those who are experienced in buying and selling, you'll be comforted knowing a qualified professional is by your side. 

My husband has been in residential construction for over 30 years, so I feel I know a something about building a home from the ground up.

I was raised just outside of Wichita, Kansas in a rural area called Maize.  The oldest of 9 children I helped my parents take care of my younger siblings.  I attended Friends University and received a degree in Elementary and Secondary Music Education.  I taught music for awhile and later went back to school at Mid America Nazarene College in Olathe and received my teaching degree in Elementary Education.  I taught first grade until 1997 when I became a real estate agent.

With my teaching background in guiding, teaching, and helping children I feel I have the ability and patience to really listen and hear your needs and guide you successfully through a pleasant home buying or selling experience.

My husband Tom and I have been married 41 years.   We raised 2 sons and a daughter and have 6 beautiful grandchildren.   We are currently raising Frisco, our 4 pound Pomeranian, who thinks he is the size of a German Shepherd.  Acutally he did take one down once by biting at his ankles!!  And of course he thinks he runs the house and always thinks he has to have the last (bark)word! 

When we have time to go on vacation, we like to camp, sight see, ride our ATV or  prospect for gold.  We also enjoy fishing.
