I would like to share with you a few points of interest so you might know me better. I have lived in the area for over 30 years now and have been an active Realtor for over 22 years! I have raised 2 children here and helped many home buyers and sellers achieve success in the selling and buying of their real estate investment. Being a former teacher, I pride myself in taking time to attend classes and webinars to learn more about our constantly changing ways to market and help our home sellers and buyers in this ever changing environment!

I specialize in residential sales in the Guilford county area which includes Greensboro, High Point and surrounding areas. I pride myself in working with all kinds of buyers from the 1st time buyer to the buyer looking to move up to a home of greater size or moving down because of life changes. I also work with the investor buyer who is looking for good deals that will add value to their portifolio. These home will also provide good housing to someone needing to rent but wants a good home in a great location.
I work very hard in my marketing campaign to help sellers to get their homes sold as quickly as possible. In presenting their homes, I do a visual tour of their home and surrounding neighborhood so the buyer looking can see the whole package they may be buying when they choose this particular listing. In this challenging market for sellers, I have had some great success which has given sellers their lives back to move on to where they need to be. I devote time and money to get results before I am ever paid. The best pay for me is handing the keys to a new homeowner at the closing table or taking a check to the seller after the home has closed and deed has been recorded! The smiles and kind words of thanks makes my job worth doing over and over again!
I have been a realtor for over 24 years now and I plan to be doing this business of helping people for many more years! The friendships made are the fruits of my labor that I most enjoy! Life is good and I enjoy what I do each day and always look forward to meeting that new client that I can help with their real estate needs!
