Orange Coast Magazine has recognized Sue Vaurs of Tustin, CA in its selection of "Orange County 2010 Real Estate Agents." Sue was selected for the honor and is proud to announce the special recognition by Orange Coast Kommunications, publisher of Orange Coast Magazine, appearing in the magazine in December 2010.
"When I began my career in 1977, I brought a strong background in legal, escrow and mortgage banking with me. Serving as Office Manager and Training Director for two major Los Angeles real estate firms positioned me well to open my own brokerage firm. Hundreds of transactions later, I became Assistant Manager and Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker in Tustin, CA where I specialized in marketing and selling residential and commercial properties. I am now located in Anaheim Hills, CA with the forward thinking company, First Team Real Estate.

For Sue Vaurs, being a real estate agent is like being a detective. It's her job to discover the right house for her clients, following their specific criteria, needs and desires. And when her clients are happily moved into their new home, it's as if she's solved a case. "I truly care about the outcome for my clients. I want them to find their perfect home."
Sue recently joined First Team Realty with more than 30 years experience as a realtor under her belt. Even with her expertise, which includes lending and commercial experience, she takes advantage of the continuing education First Team provides, keeping her continually informed on current market trends. Along with her experience and training, Sue's clients seek her out for her honesty, integrity and persistence. The most rewarding part for her is seeing someone enjoy their home. Sue is President of the City of Orange's Old Towne Preservation Association, which works to preserve what is California's largest historic district. Her own home is located in the Old Towne historic district and it was on the OTPA home tour last November. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two grandsons, Wyatt, 10 and Matthew, 16; and attending their many sports activities. She also enjoys reading, bicycling, and playing with her dog Hank.
