I have had my Real Estate License for 9 years but are now working as a new real estate agent in the desert community of Palm Desert, California after moving here full time in 2013. I specialize in "marvelous" homes as well as mobile homes at Palm Desert Greens Realty for active seniors who are loving life at 55 & over. I am a home stager and re-designer, my speciality is using what the homeowner already has and making it look new and GET IT SOLD!!! My husband and I also own and operate Sun Chasers Home Watch taking care of properties for homeowners who leave for the summer to chase the sun in other locations a little cooler than the desert. I have always been connected to the real estate industry in one way or another even though I've worked in another career as a sales professional most of my adult life. My husband also acts as a project manager on homes that require a local contact for out of town homeowners. We are a full service team taking care of properties, re-designing them and getting them SOLD, I am a professional and work directly for real estate agents who need home staging to get their listings sold. | I'm convinced that our home sold within the first week on the market because of Kay's expertise in staging. She is honest and sincere and in her words "a good shopper". She stayed within our budget and was able to make "a silk purse out of a sow's ear" primarily with her accessorizing and decluttering but still using what she could with what we had. She is a delight to work with and I would certainly recommend her to prepare a home for sale. Definitely a good investment. |

| “Dean and Kay of Sun Chasers Home watch have been managing the vacation rentals of our home in Palm Desert. In addition to the weekly visits to check on our home, they meet all our guests in person and welcome them to our home. They typically give a brief tour of the home and provide instructions on some of the nuances of operating the home. They have done an excellent job, balancing our goals, the needs of the tenants, and care of the house. When the house or yard needs normal maintenance or repairs they organize it and provide detailed accounting of the work. When the house needs repairs that might be out of the ordinary Dean always consults with me, providing lists of options and their likely expense so that I can make informed decisions. We do not live in the vicinity so it’s necessary to rely on the judgment and integrity of our property manager. Without hesitation, I can endorse the actions, decisions and advice given to us by Dean and Kay at Sun Chasers. We have not had to “second guess” any of their decisions. The actions taken were obviously based on years of experience, for in every case the results have been on target. Integrity is an important element in any relationship, be it personal or professional. We can trust Dean and Kay like family and they have always done well by us.
