I have discovered & utilize software that enables me to maintain & follow-up on the 60+ projects I am currently marketing or have in Title! Without it i would be going crazy! Each Project is on one line but I click on a section to add photos, contracts, surveys, etc. and add to it. Another section enables me to keep a paper-trail of all emails relatd to the project, another the Staus, another the price, another the probability of a successful close.
