Aloha from Sunny and Richard on Maui. We have represented Buyers and Sellers in Hawaii since 1982 and we have over 50 years combined experience in Resort, Residential and Commercial Properties.
Our experience covers several years in the real estate industry on Maui and Kauai as well as California, in the areas of residential sales and commercial development properties.
Sunny has been a Hawaii Real Estate Broker since 1996 and also holds a California Real Estate Brokers license obtained in 1989. Richard has been a Hawaii Real Estate Broker since 1982.
We absolutely love Maui and feel very blessed to be able to live and work in Paradise. Our primary place of business is The Kapalua Resort, 23,000 acres on the Northwest corner of Maui Island. Kapalua Resort is home to 11 residential communities, 2 championship golf courses, The Ritz Carlton Hotel, a multitude of award winning restaurants, renounced Golf Academy, 3 white sand beaches including 9 miles of oceanfront within our boundaries, our tennis facility operated by Peter Burwash, over 80 miles of hiking trails, state of the art zip lines, and much much more.
