Hi my name is Susan Dorroh and I guess you could say Real Estate has always been in my blood! After spending 13 years working on the legal side of the real estate transactions and spending several years in the corporate sales world, I turned to my real passion, Selling Residential Estate in the Metro Jackson Mississippi Area Market. I have lived in the Metro Jackson area for over 10 years and currently live with my family in the Ross Barnett Reservoir Area of Rankin County Mississippi. I have consistently been ranked in the top 5% of all Metro Area Jackson Realtors and have won several top producing awards in Real Estate over the past 5 years.
I like to think of myself as one of the Premier Real Estate Consultants in the Metro Jackson Area. I start the home buying process with a free consultation that can be done in my office or really anywhere that is convenient for the client. I have found that through out the years of doing business, this really helps people get a good grasp on the Metro Jackson area real estate market whether they have lived here for years or are just moving in to the area. Rather than just sitting down and browsing through hundreds of MLS listings, I like to ask questions, get to know my clients first and find out their needs and wants, and then simplify the differences in the neighborhoods of the surrounding communities of Madison, Ridgeland, Brandon-Reservoir, Flowood, Pearl, Richland, Clinton and Flora. This is also a time to go over any questions they might have and what they can expect on each specific step of the real estate transaction. My goal is to provide my clients with all the information they need to move forward and be confident in their real estate decisions.

Print media and newspapers don't generate the phone calls and showings needed to get homes sold in today's market. Technology coupled with sales experience and negotiating skills are my specialty. I begin on my web site where potential buyers can search for properties, have questions answered on a timely basis, use interactive maps and keep abreast with real estate trends in the local market. I also provide testimonials from several clients that will attest to my professionalism, experience and knowledge with regard to the Metro Area Jackson market and the surrounding communities and neighborhoods and their overall satisfaction with their own sales process.
Once I list a property, I upload it to a powerful web platform coupled with our local MLS system, which allows me to enter detailed information about your property, area descriptions, multiple photos, load video, property documentation and so much more. From there, I upload your property to the most effective real estate related web sites and search engines where buyers are looking for homes. Within 24-48 hours your property and everything about it is literally all over the web. I am constantly exploring new avenues to market my properties and have just recently expanded my business to include casual internet marketing trends such as showcasing my properties each week on FACEBOOK and TWITTER. I am beginning to see a substantial increase in exposure and calls that can be attributed to broadcasting my properties listed for sale out to my friends and connections and their friends and their connections.
