I have been a real estate agent (Broker) for over 25 years. I have combined real estate with a nursing career, and work part-time at our community hospital.I returned to the real estate profession full-time in 2007, and have enjoyed it immensely! I love meeting new people and introducing them to our coastal Southern Outer Banks area. It is a beautiful place to live and work !
I have obtained my CRS,ABR ( Accredited Buyer Representative),SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designations. I am also SFRCertified (Short Sale Foreclosure)
Having been a nurse , I am in tune to the needs of people, and have a desire to help them obtain what they want. I take the details of each transaction very seriously, and work to serve my clients' interests in each one.
I work in a resort North Carolina coastal community and like to help clients find the perfect vacation or investment property, as well as help permanent residents moving to the area, healthcare personnel relocating to the area, or people just moving within the area.
