In today's Real Estate Market, most home buyers have visited most of the consumer-friendly websites to find the type of home they'd like to view and hopefully buy.  Along with a customers initial desire for anonymity, I specialize in working through email with buyers until they're in a position to actual view the home. 

Most of the buyers in the NE Georgia Mountain area are not from Ellijay, so it then become critical that I provide my customers with recent sales, current listings and tax information related to the particular neighborhood that appeals to them.  With access to both the NE GA MLS and the First MLS services, I can provide accurate information and daily updates as new properties hit the market.
