Growing up in Westport, Connecticut Jeff received his education in Biochemistry and Information Technology and spent many years in the medical and computer fields. After moving to Wesley Chapel in 2003, Jeff decided to become a Realtor.
Having always being involved in helping people, Jeff found Real Estate a perfect extension of this, whether helping a buyer find their dream home, or helping market and sell a home for a homeowner. Jeff's goal is to listen, educate, and always look out for his client's best interest.

Many Realtors advertise in the local newspaper and not much else. Jeff understands that in Tampa 70% of all buyers come from out of the area and the local newspapers do not reach them. That is why Jeff uses a local, national, and global marketing approach. Jeff advertises your home on over fifty websites, on search engines such as google and Yahoo.
If you are a buyer Jeff will work with you to find you your dream home. It is important to interview the buyer to find out what their wants and needs are. Many Realtors meet the buyer at the property show the home and then the buyers and Realtor get in separate cars. At that point the buyers usually talk amongst themselves to discuss what they liked and disliked about the property. They then meet at the next property and do the same thing over and over. The Realtor cannot figure out what the buyer wants, and the buyer wonders why the Realtor shows them the wrong home every single time. Jeff feels it is important to drive together as it is important to know what the buyer likes or dislikes. With this information Jeff can then show you the homes that best meet your needs.
If you are selling your home, Jeff will spend time discussing his marketing plan along with customizing the plan to meet you and your homes needs. Every home and community has things that make it very different from others. The marketing plan then needs to be tailored to who the likely buyer is. It is important to highlight the best features that buyers may be looking for. Homes in golf communities should be marketed differently than a home in an equestrian community. Is the home close to schools, have a dock and lake in the back, community pool, or other special features. No two homes or communities are the same and neither should the marketing plan.
