My name is Steve Wolford and I was born and raised in Berkeley County—Falling Waters to be exact. I’m an avid outdoorsman with a deep appreciation for the diversity this area provides. From deep woods activities to metropolitan access in under an hour, the advantages of living and working here are abundant. Having graduated from Hedgesville High School in 1997, I’ve seen this area grow and change in remarkable ways, and it inspires me as a real estate professional to contribute to its ongoing development.

 The Eastern Panhandle, as well as the tri-state area, is ripe with opportunities for businesses, families, and individuals alike. I experienced this vitality first-hand as a local business owner—owning, operating, and eventually selling a successful plumbing company. I eventually moved into land sales, and with a long history of construction experience, I was inevitably drawn to the home buying process. I now consider myself both a buyer’s and seller’s agent. I love the personal side of the transaction and the genuine excitement and satisfaction that people experience when they finally get the keys to their new home.

I worked for National Land Partners from 2006 – 2012 and was recognized as their #1 salesman on numerous occassions. That opportunity allowed me to travel the country extensively, from coast to coast, learning my craft in a way that permits me to provide folks with the most effortless and down-to-earth real estate experience they can hope for. I’m licensed in both West Virginia and Virginia, and my background in construction and plumbing allows me the unique ability to connect with a customer on every level of their real estate experience.
