Phil Chen started his passion for real estate at the young age of 25, investing in residential homes and multi-unit buildings in San Francisco. He is also the Founder and former President of Apex Health & Fitness Corp. in San Francisco's Financial District, a private personal fitness and wellness center, catering to an exclusive clientele. Through his experiences helping demanding Type A clients, he has learned to listen to the individual and create customized game plans, based on everyone's unique needs. Phil believes there is a strong correlation between personal training and selling homes and that both are forms of art, one backed by science and the other, quantitative analysis. A veteran in the service industry, he has a commitment and desire to exceed client expectations, many of whom have become business partners in his larger investments.

Personal Background: Phil his wife Maria and two boys are residents of Hillsborough. Maria and her siblings grew up in Hillsborough and she is also an entrepreneur at heart, formerly owner of retail stores, a clothing line, and now a catering business. Both Phil and Maria are active in the schools and community.
