I have been selling real estate for about 14yrs. I started in NYC and moved back home to Southampton in the mid 90's. Currently I am with Prudential Douglas Elliman of Southampton. I have been #1 in Southampton Office for past three years. This year -2008 - I have teamed up with my brother Carl. He is a computer whiz and has a construction backround which is extremely helpful.
We tend to specialize in Southampton Village and waterfront properties throughout the hamptons. Being in the business for 14+ years there is a wealth of knowledge regarding local zoning and coastal erosion issues. My brother has extensive experience in construction and computers.
