I grew up on our family farm, attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a degree in business, after graduating returned to start my own farm and manage the family's farm.  In 2006 I recieved my license in Real Estate Sales, exited the farm business and went into Real Estate full time.  My 18 + years of agricultural production and business experience is being put to work representing individuals wanting to sell or buy farms.  Personally I have worked through estate planning for my parents estate and have worked on difficult transactions needing constant attention and made the deal work for everyone.  I have knowledge of 1031 exchanges, farm programs and keep up to date on costs of production to better represent buyers and sellers.
