I am reasonable.  Virtual Tours are great for the seller, buyer, and realtor to move the house.  Instead of having to go show the house and inconvenience the seller to someone who says, "Oh no, this is not the house I had in mind," email the virtual tour and let him say, "I really like this house"  first.  I can do the virtual tours with the music background and flat photos with tabs for schools, map, etc right now and very cheaply.  I wil wow the customers when, very shortly, I will be doing 3D virtual tours.  It is like you are standing in the home.  I work out of the house.  I am older and very determined to do a great job at this and get realtors from all over the country.
