I moved to Tahoe on a whim in November 1982 at the beginning of a very long, heavy snow year ('82/'83 and the Big Slide). I'm still here 31 years later and have traversed my way through the Tahoe Lifestyle. Raising a daughter and now introducting grandkids to the Lake has been an adventure! I've worked in non-profit, office management, the public library and entered Real Estate in 2002. I am very involved in Kiwanis Club of Lake Tahoe and Friends of the Library providing opportunities for the children of our community. Highway 50 is the path through our town, but as a visitor, home-buyer or local, when you veer off that path you can find an amazing town filled with activities and community. Nothing beats the beauty of a sunset seen from a boat on the lake, going to a wedding on the beach, jumping into cool clear mountain water or hosting your friends at your new Tahoe home. This life can be your life too!
When I find a buyer for a Tahoe home I have created a "new local" and one more family is "living the dream". When those buyers are long time friends who have planned for years to own in Tahoe that is icing on the cake. When I help a family move on to the next stage, even if that means leaving Tahoe I always wish I'd met them earlier. I market and sell in the entire California side of South Lake Tahoe from Stateline to Gardner Mountain and Tahoe Keys to Christmas Valley. I believe in the same quality of service and knowledge no matter the neighborhood or price point of a home. Communication and education about our market is the key to buyer/seller satisfaction.
