Get to Know Tammy Gerdts

My name is Tammy Gerdts.  I have been a real estate professional for approximately 19 years.  I am a very pro-active Realtor.  I work hard for my clients and dedicate myself to their real estate needs.  I have been a top producing Realtor for about the past 15 years.  I attribute this to hard work, attention to detail, and excellent negotiating and communcation skills.  My husband, Pete, and I own the company, Realty Executives Kingsport, and we work together as a team.

My Credentials

I have 17 years of experience as an Owner/Agent Nearly $12 million in sales volume over the past 2 years Member of National Association of Realtors, TN Association of Realtors & KAAR Member of the RE 100% / Gold Club 1999-2007 (agents earning $100,000 or more in commissions) RE Chairman's Award 2002-2006 RE Top Agent Award 2002-2006 Member of Boone Lake Association Full-Time Professional Realtor Member of Kingsport Area Chamber of Commerce
Certifications

My husband and I live on beautiful Boone Lake, a local TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority), lake here in the Tri-Cities area.  We have lived there for over 20 years, and are very familiar with the lake.  As a result, I have many clients either buying or selling lake front property.  Our office is located in an area of Kingsport called Colonial Heights.  I grew up in Bristol, TN, which is very near where we live and work.  We are also conveniently located to Johnson City, TN.  These 3 cities make up the Tri-Cities area, which is the area I serve.  I enjoy working with first time home buyers, people who are relocating, as well as clients simply wanting to "up size" or "down size".
