I am a transplant to the Outer Banks of North Carolina from the great Southwest in the community of Taos, New Mexico. After dabbling in real estate, running my own business and an experienced firefighter for 18 years, I decided to bring my expertise in customer service to the real estate market on the Outer Banks. The Outer Banks is high investment and seasonal vacation community with multiple million dollar ocean front homes. The average sale of homes here on the Outer Banks is $369,000.00. The entire Outer Banks has many wonderful amenities to offer. If you like great beaches, boating, fishing, surfing, kite boarding,  and wind surfing, this is the place to be. Not to mention the history of Black Beard, The First Colony Settlement, The Wright Brothers First Flight and many more historical sites. These are some of the reasons that I moved here. I enjoy making peoples dreams come true when it comes to real estate. I specialize in vacation homes, second homes. investment properties, relocation, condominiums, and in today's market my other specialty is Short Sales and Foreclosures. After only being on the Outer Banks for 3 years I have developed the expertise to fulfill my clients needs because I listen to what they want. I am already on tract for 5 million dollars in sales for 2009.
