West Virginia NativeI value my West Virginia heritage with much pride. Living in West Virginia and the Putnam County area allows me to be surrounded by beautiful hills and a growing community. I am married to a retired Veteran and understand the value of "Home". My family and I gracefully faced deployment while my husband participated in the "Enduring Freedom" campaign in Iraq. I believe the "American Dream" of home ownership is priceless!
Having been licensed since 1998 has allowed me to gain valuable knowledge for my clients. Most of my business comes from referrals, past clients, family and friends. I always keep up on the Real Estate Market by doing small studies in my area along with continuing education. Having closed all types of transactions like Commercial, Residential, Land and New Construction. I have designed a home, built it, and stayed under budget! Knowing the excitement of First-Time Home Buyers, the anticipation of sellers moving up, and the emotional attatchment to Grand-Fathers farm allows me to guide clients through all types of transactions.
