Ted Nemeth serves as an Advisor for Prime Retail Advisors specializing in the sales of NNN and multi-family investment real estate.

Prior to joining PRA, Mr. Nemeth served as co-owner of a light commercial and high-end residential remodeling company in Columbus, Ohio. The knowledge gained from being a small business owner has provided him valuable insight into the art of properly positioning and valuing assets.

Mr. Nemeth is an Un-Anchored and Shadow Anchored Retail Center Specialist. A member of ICSC, the NAR,  and a former member of the SVN National Retail Council, his services include Tenant placement/representation and Landlord leasing representation, with a focus on increasing asset value.

His background has provided him opportunities to assume both principal and representation roles in land & development deals, which has positioned him to provide extraordinary service to his clients in those sectors. He maintains a network of engineering and commercial construction firms throughout Central Ohio and beyond. Mr. Nemeth's accomplishments includes an active role in the SVN National Land & Development Council.

Well-networked for governmental affairs and legal/tax issues, Mr. Nemeth leverages his experience and expertise to provide Custom Investor Services, including Asset Analysis (focused on increased performance) and Syndication Offerings.
