I am not just a REALTOR. I am a Mom and a Grandma! I love visiting Mt Rainier! I love to travel, meet new people and going out to eat. I am a great cook, but I still love going out! Spending time with my family and friends always leaves me feeling great! I am also a homeowner in the South Sound area of Washington State. Like so many of you out there my home is now worth less than I owe. I understand how you feel! First time home buyers are nervous and scared, I understand this feeling also and know how to help you over the rough spots! I absolutely love being REALTOR. I am able to help so many people with their housing needs. I make new friends and become involved and knowledgeable about every type of housing situation you can imagine! Every day brings a new challenge! I work with a great team of people who help solve the problems that I can't! They also me find answers for any hard real estate issues that may come up. I do not have clients, I have friends! I approach each situation personally and handle it the way I would want it be handled! I live, work and have family here. I feel that even with the current economy, we live in one of the most beautiful areas in the nation! In the last three years I have worked with clients on both buying and selling homes! As of this date I have been involved in the successful closing of 12 homes in 3 years.
