web Mom of 8, Published Author,and REALTOR® in DFW Homes - Ta-Dah! |
My license plate says, "Ta (heart) Dah!" This really sums up everything about me, and how I feel about my clients and their transactions. If my work isn't to the point that my client can say, "ta-dah" then I have failed in my task.
One thing I've learned in this business, a house isn't just a house. It's not about if it has enough bedrooms or the price is right. There are so many factors that go into making a house a place that truly fits your needs as a homeowner and as a homeliver. It's vital for me to take time with my clients to understand what lifestyle they live and how the house they choose would fit into that. Many people who come to me have a list of wants, but as we talk I discover their true needs. Often these can't be made into a list. They are core heart issues.
The right house can make a positive impact on your life and your family. The wrong house, priced right and with the correct number of rooms, may end up causing a lot of stress for the new homeowner because it doesn't flow properly for their needs.
I'm not one of those agents who gets impatient with you as you take your time. It's an important decision and shouldn't be rushed.
If you're looking to sell your home, I know you have a lot of concerns. Maybe even more than when you bought your house. My background is in marketing and it's something I love! When I have a seller call me, I immediately begin looking at how we can position the seller's home so that it falls first on the list of "must see" homes and becomes the home that buyers want to buy. I've had training as a stager and use that to my seller's advantage.
Call me with all of your real estate needs and together we will be able to shout, "Ta-DAH!"

One of the greatest things about being a REALTOR® is that it is so multi-faceted. It is a profession that allows me to use all of my strengths and experiences to give the seller or the buyer not just the experience of how many years I have in real estate, but also the benefit of my years of experience in other areas.
My years as a homeschooling mom to eight children has taught me patience as well as organization. Be sure to read my commitment to you on my website http://dfwhomesrealty.com/dfw-homes-is-here-to-serve-you/ This outlines the 180 items that I keep track of during the process.
As an author with three published books as well as a public speaker, I had to learn everything there is to know about marketing. I keep up with current trends, social media, mobile media, etc. When selling a home, it's all about the marketing! Marketing is all about positioning your home in the eyes of the buyer as the best choice for them. Internet marketing is my forte. It's also where 90% of the people begin their home search. You want to position yourself to those people! I know how to reach them.
Many people come to me for counseling. I believe that is because I posess wisdom but also the ability to listen. I will listen to your needs and help you achieve your goals.
I'm not a life-long resident of the Dallas Fort Worth area. That gives me an edge over agents who have lived here their whole lives. I have a different perspective of what it means to move to a strange area. I had to learn the area from an outsiders point of view. I believe this definitely gives me an edge in helping out of town clients when they are moving to the Southlake, Trophy Club, North Richland Hills, Keller, Colleyville, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Grapevine, and Fort Worth areas.
Serving buyers and sellers in the Southlake, Keller, and Fort Worth Areas. We also offer property management services in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.
