I think all buyers and sellers are different and have different needs. I communicate up front with individuals to determine if we would be a good fit to work together. I especially enjoy first time buyers so I can teach them about the home buying process (and it's fun to hand over keys to their first home)! Additionally, I like working with senior citizens. I always enjoy meeting their families and hearing about their life experiences!
