Background

Life long Watertown Resident, Graduate of Watertown High School, and attended WCTC. Worked for local building contractor and spent nearly 13 years in retail management. Father to 4 "Little Bears" Alyssa,Cassidy, Braedon and Lillian. Majority owner of local residential moving company known as All Out Movers, LLC. Own and operate a residential painting business as a sole proprietorship known as Terry Bear Painting and Maintenance. Home owner since age 20, business owner since age 29.

Good,honest hard work pays off! Set goals and stick to 'em Never lower your standards...always raise your expectations! You can do anything you set your mind to! Anyone can be average...if you strive to exceed...you'll succeed! There are leaders and there are followers. Always be a leader...not a follower! Make the path and set the pace..others will follow! It's NOT about the money!....It's about helping people! Focus on the Future,Don't dwell on the past,cuz life goes by way too fast! But,always live life to the fullest because tomorrow may never arrive! Self-Confidence is developed not inherited! Motivation...begins with thought and ends with motion!
