REAL ESTATE IS A CONTACT SPORT! WITHOUT THE CONTACT, THERE IS NO BUSINESS. SO WHAT I REALLY DO IS TALK TO PEOPLE. THAT IS A GOOD THING, BECAUSE I DO LIK PEOPLE!
A DAY IN THE LIFE: It begins each day between 5:30 and 6:00 AM....a workout, and then checking in with my people. My people, are first my clients and then my family, and then my support group. By 9:30 I have returned emails and have a list of calls to make. My creede is to be "on time" with the information that is needed. If I am late, call the hospitals, because I believe my first success with a client, friend or family is to respect them with me being where I agreed, and on time!
WHEN I AGREE TO HELPING A BUYER OR A SELLER AND THEY SIGN AN AGREEMENT PLACING THEIR FAITH AND TRUST IN ME, THEY WILL BE GETTING 100% OF MY ATTENTION TO THEIR IMPORTANT DETAILS.
2012 BUYING AND SELLING HOMES IN THIS AREA IS ROBUST and I see much for volume in sales for this year. December 2011 ended with more closed sales than we saw in September of 2011, so I view that as a big indicator or what 2012 means for buyers and sellers. Only an updated and current market analysis of the area that you are interested in will show the current trend for that area......SO CALL ME FOR THAT TODAY.
