Troy Massey has been a pillar in our Rock Hill community for over 40 years.  He is a graduate of Northwestern High School, class of 1986.   Troy, has also graduated from York Technical College with an Associate in Electronic and Computer Engineering Technologies.  He is an Armed Forces Veteran, serving in the Air Force, Air Guard of North Carolina and Air Force Reserve for over 16 years.

He gives back to the community by mentoring neighborhood children through Rock Hill Parks and Recreation, church sports leagues and Habitat for Humanity projects.
