Together with my business partner Jennifer McCloskey, we work to make sure that all of our customers are ecstatic about the way they are treated and the level of service that they receive. 

My backgound is in advertising, and specifically luxury advertising.  I know that luxury is an overused, sometimes meaningless term nowadays.  To me it is critical to understand that luxury can mean completely different things to different people.  Luxury it not a thing, it is an experience and we all define it differently and know that it can change constantly depending on the demands that life puts on us.
