I'm a Native, from Fairfax County. Knowing the area and what each area provides to a potential client gives me the advantage in helping my client find their perfect property. We have a very diverse area and each area has certain requirements for every person in what they are looking for. Also, I have knowledge of the surrounding counties and what they have to offer a potential buyer.
I'm a full-time licensed Real Estate Professional. I chose a career in real estate after almost a decade working in the mortgage lending industry because I LOVE this business! There is nothing more gratifying than helping people find the home of their dreams, or enable them to move on to their next home with as little stress as possible. My clients receive honest counsel for how to achieve their objective. I practice intensive communication, including monthly market analysis, updates on changes to properties in your neighborhood on the day it is entered into the system, and I follow up with every agent who has shown your home and provide you with their feedback. I create custom flyers and market intensively using the most effective channels for reaching potential buyers. In short, I infuse my services with quality at every step in the process.
Every one of my transactions is different. I don’t think I’ve ever had two deals that were identical. Every transaction has its own challenges and results and when it comes right down to it I learn more about people and myself with each home sale I put together.
The tougher the housing climate gets, the nicer my clients become. I know that price is usually the most important factor in finding a house; however my job is to keep my clients safe as well as find and negotiate the best price for them. The only thing that stays constant in the real estate industry is the houses. In fact I can tell you more about each client than each house I’ve sold.
I also work with investors, and clients interested in rehabbing or remodeling homes or buyers interested in purchasing land for a custom home.
After my selling my first couple Real Estate transactions, it became quite clear to me that there was a distinct difference between the levels of professionalism, knowledge and overall caring that was displayed by many of the Realtors I had worked with. I wanted that message to somehow convey that when working with me and my experienced and knowledgeable support staff at Keller Williams, the client would receive the type of service that is rarely seen in the Real Estate industry. Of course I want to sell your home for the most amount of money and in the least amount of time. I also ensure that our buyers make an educated purchase decision, and wind up spending as little as possible along the way. But my main objective is to always exceed any possible expectation you could possibly have, so that you will tell everyone you know about how wonderful your experience was with me.
