Experience I come from a family oriented around business and good old fashioned values. As a result, I believe in giving my best to my clients along with giving back to the community. Some of my earliest memories are of working together as a family to provide service for others and brighten the communities we lived in.
We specialize in FHA, VA, and Rural Development mortgage loan programs. We offer these programs along with the traditional conventional mortgage programs. We are experienced FHA lenders, with proven results in credit help. We have developed excellent reputations and relationships with our investor partners.

We have demonstrated results for many of our clients in helping them improve their credit histories without using for fee credit repair companies. In fact, I have been helping clients with their credit for several years. In today's market, good credit management can have a significant impact on loan approval and loan terms. I will take the time to review, explain, evaluate, and advise.
FHA home loans have always been a specialty. Even when FHA was losing market share to subprime and Alt A mortgages, we were closing FHA mortgage loans. Other brokers may have steered borrowers into subprime loans. I worked with borrowers to get an FHA home loan approved. Because of that, I gained considerable processing experience with the art of manual underwriting and full documentation. Processing can make all the difference in getting a loan approved.
