The purpose of this letter is to express my sincere gratitude for the hard work and dedication displayed by Adam Hopkins in preparing, coordinating, and ultimately closing the sale of my home in Lynchburg, VA. As a member of the US Armed Forces, I was unable to be present in the area to monitor the progress while my home was listed. Their ability to maximize marketability and facilitate efficient coordination was instrumental in the eventual culmination of the house being expeditiously sold. Adam offered a guarantee that the house would be sold in 60 days regardless of the current market situation, or he would provide $1,000 back at closing. This guarantee is a pillar of his company helping to ensure total dedication to selling the home as quickly as possible with little headache. When buying my first home I was a little unsure as to which agent to work with. My friends had told me some awful stories about their "part time" realtors who wouldn't call them back or they would call sooooo much almost pressuring you to buy a house that you didn't want. I had heard some really positive things about The Hopkins Real Estate Group so I went to their website to check out some houses. That same day he gave me a courtesy call to make sure I found everything I needed and answered many questions that I had. Adam is the broker and has been in the business for a while and REALLY knows alot about the current market. After he sent me numerous houses via email...and I learned, from him that it's very helpful to see a lender first thing sooooo I did and... two months later, after lots of negotiating to keep the house in my price range...
