Get to know Curt Fletcher

I graduated from the University of North Texas in 2001. After college I went to work for Lockheed Martin and learned a great deal about business negotiations and communciation methods. After a few years I opted to switch career paths and jump into Real Estate.

I became fascinated with all aspects of Real Estate and completely engrossed myself into learning and understanding everything I could. The first 5 years of my Real Estate career were spent being a Top Producer for 2 of the nations largest home building companies.

As the home building industry began to shift to more profit focused rather than people focused, I opted to walk away from new home sales and obtain my Realtor's license.

I published the book "How to Sell More Homes and Increase Your Income" in 2007.  It is a book that is easy to read and focuses mainly on the New Home Sales side of Real Estate.

For the last several years, I have also been researching and writing a book that focuses on the everyday practices of the best and most consistant Real Estate Performers.  It is a book filled with stories, interviews, the client perspectives.  My goal was to gain this knowledge, compile it, and put it into a useable format for others to emulate.  It includes no theory based ideas or sales schemes.

My current plan is to finish this book in 2010 and have it available in late 2010 or early 2011.

During my Real Estate career, I have helped just over 500 happy families purchase a new home. I look forward to earning new business and continuing to help my clients have a great home buying or selling experience.

I truly love helping people purchase homes.  It is absolutely one of the greatest feelings in the world to be able to look someone in the eye at the successful conclusion of a home purchase and they know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you have acted selflessly and tirelessly to make them happy.

When I am not helping my clients with home buying or selling I enjoy training and sharing the knowledge I have learned in an effort to shorten the learning curve for others.
