| Sarah is very professional and has alot of knowledge as our agent. We did not have to worry about the home buying process as much because she takes care of our needs. I'm very please that she makes the buying process go so smooth for us and helped us to be able to close in less then 3 weeks!!! |

| Lance & his team are amazing. They listed my home, & sold it in 3 days. I was overseas & they were able submit all paperwork I needed online. I did all the transactions electronically, including my signature, & had all paperwork back to them by that evening. They also assisted in finding me a home upon my return, & we did both closings on the same day. It was a very stress free, easy experience. Now, if only they owned a moving company, I would have had the perfect move!!! |

| Sarah was very professional. She and her team explained the process to me well and she was always friendly and on time. She listened to what I was interested in and arranged for me to visit only the homes I was interested in. She got me appointments with the title company and was always able to answer questions no matter the time of day. |

| If you are looking to be more than just a client in your home buying experience then Lance Loken and his TEAM are the realtors for you. They made me and my family feel as though I was more than just an individual buying a house. I mean come on who throws a party with full catering and Margarita machine. Lance Loken and his team do! This group never missed one of my calls, never left a question I had unanswered, and most importantly to me never told me they could not set up a showing for a few days cause they were not available. In the market I was dealing in you didnt have days you had hours in some cases. I also did not know exactly the area of town I wanted to be in, my options were open and they had no problem with my jumping from one side of town to the other several times. Lastly if your looking for a great buying experience from start to finish then you must contact Lance Loken and his team and let them do their thing. |

| I highly recommend Joy and the Loken Group when looking for a new home. I also want to thank Joy and the Loken Group for all of their help. For the longest time I thought that when dealing with a new home a realtor is not necessary. My recent experience with buying our new home proved otherwise. If not for Joy and her team, we would have either passed on our home or pay too much for it. She worked hard to fix every and all issues we had. When we considered cancelling the contract, she calmly and effectively advised on the positives of purchasing our home and advised us towards making the right decision. Joy made a point to be there for every major discussion, and teleconferenced in with the builder's salesperson for all other meetings, and even acted as a buffer when negotiations became frustrating. She arrived during the walkthrough and helped us to spot problem areas that we had missed, and constantly kept us in the loop. Her communication was beyond excellent and you can tell she truly has our best interest in mind. If and when we do decide to move again, we will definitely be contacting the Loken Group for assistance. |

| We used Sarah Detmore from The Loken Group. She was amazing!!! She responded to emails, texts or phone calls immediately and I never felt like she was bothered by my constant questions or worries. She knew the area super well and if she couldn't answer our questions she found someone who did know the answers. She had great recommendations for everything from homes, of course, to great restaurants and a place to buy rugs. =) She was always happy and friendly and kind. She worked so hard for us and literally made our house deal happen. I would totally recommend her and the Lance Loken group to anyone that is looking for a house. Fantastic!!! |

| The experience from beginning to end with The Loken Group was a great experience. Our relator Sarah Detmore, took a detailed note of all the things we were looking for , and most importantly, how quickly we wanted to purchase. She found us the perfect home and we actually closed within less than a month because she helped pushed everything through in a timely manner. She made us feel comfortable, well informed and confident in our decisions. It's been 2 months since we have lived in our home , not one day do we say "what if" or have any regrets. During both the sale and purchase of the homes, they recommended a painter and handyman to help us through those things you need to do when selling a home and then sprucing up the new one!
