I have been in the Real Estate business for over 12 years and have experience in Property Management, Mortage Lending, and Commercial and Residential Sales. All of this experience has made me more knowledgable in all aspects of my field in order to best help my clients. I am the Broker of a small company in Mission Viejo called The Martin Group. Together with my team of highly experienced Agents, Assistants, Lenders, and Title and Escrow companies we stirve to provide World Class Service to each and every one of our clients. Our goal is to gain Clients For Life that will have an extremly positive experience that they will tell their friends and family about. A high percentage of my clients are referrals or past clients and I feel that providing them with excellent service and gaining their trust and referrals I can better serve my clients. This way I do not have to spend time marketing myself to new clients but can spend that time with my current clients and their referrals.
I currently specialize in residential Real Estate listings and sales. The primary areas I work are South Orange County from Irvine to San Clemente but I have worked with referral clients in much of Southern California including Riverside and Ventura counties. I work mainly with people wanting to sell their current home to move up to a larger home or home in a different area to fit their family needs. I have excellent systems in place to provide for a smooth transaction when Sellers have to coordinate Selling their home and Buying another one at the same time. I also provide discounts to those using me for both sides of the transaction because we can more easily provide services that work well for those clients. I also work with many investor Buyers and Sellers helping them determine the best value for their situation and providing other services including leasing and property management if needed.
