| We contacted Cheryl about purchasing a property in a location that we were going to be relocating to. It was at the end of the “buying season” in to the fall when the homes on the market become more scarce. Cheryl worked diligently to help us find a home that was perfect, even offering to search for homes that weren’t on the market if we couldn’t find the right one. When we did find our place, she wasted no time in getting the offer put and immediately. She was quite knowledgeable about the VA lending process, which really helped because she stayed in constant communication with the lender, saving us time and effort. She well prepared us for the process both from the buying side and the lending standpoint. Her communication and dedication to helping us do what was best for us, were the things I appreciated the most. |

| First of all, Cheryl is excellent at negotiation skills and is one of the best closer's I have ever seen go to work. Her expertise in the real estate world is like watching a skilled surgeon perform a lifesaving procedure . Her responsiveness and care she showed us was like a nurse tending to a baby in a hospital maternity wing. She not only walked with us through most of the process she literally carried us through it at many points. The market in San Marcos has many buyers and few inventory. Buying where you want at the price you want is very difficult. When we met with Cheryl we had something in mind and that very day she drove out side of her city limits to see the house with us. By the next morning we were back at the owner’s home since she had arranged a meeting with the owner and we had a signed contract! We had been trying to do this for 2 months and Cheryl did it in less than 24 hours. I won't go as far as revealing everything that Cheryl did for us since I'm not certain if she can do that for every one of her clients but just to give you an idea of just one of the things she did for us: Cheryl was there with us at our closing and she brought us a house warming gift! She congratulated us and made this important life decision very personable and special to us. My wife, my daughters, and extended family are nothing but appreciative knowing that Cheryl literally went above and beyond any expectations we had imagined in using a real estate agent to finally help us close this deal. | Cheryl is a fantastic person and agent. Our relocation from Florida would have been a complete disaster without her. She really listened to our needs and wants as to what we were looking for a new home and didn't try to push us into something that was less than what we wanted. She presented us with a wide range of options and helped us to pick the best fit for our situation in regards to commute, price range and convenience to local shops, even assisting with utility set up! She definitely puts her clients best interests first. She is highly recommended; we will certainly work with her and refer her again in the future. |
