We always want the freedom to recommend the best services and most competitive rates for our clients—and we do. This can result in savings of hundreds to thousands of dollars for both buyers and sellers.

To earn our fees, and make nothing if we cannot perform. We charge no up-front fees,

no advance fees,  no transaction fees.  We pay all marketing and promotion costs, transaction coordination fees and still search for ways to save our clients both time and money.

To skillfully negotiate on our client’s behalf.  For the buyer, we work hard to package financing, pricing and timing to create a successful transition into their new home. For the seller, we present the property to both a wide and targeted audience with the goal of bringing as many buyers as possible to the negotiation table.  In either case, we strive to maintain our reputation for “Masterpiece Transactions.”

To expertly manage your transaction from beginning to end.  This will include the coordination of appraisers, inspectors, insurance underwriters, escrow demands, disclosures, legal requirements and the unexpected arrival of a mother-in-law who just arrived in town to inspect the home on her own.

To talk to you!  Like you, we tire of voice mail and touch-tone mazes. If you are represented by a professional in the Murphy Group, you will almost always be able to speak with a responsive person. If your agent is unavailable, another of our agents will respond. It could be as simple and frustrating as a seller being locked out of the house to a buyer who has hit a loan-qualifying hurdle.
