As a professional REALTOR® that has developed a niche in the REO world I was recently sought out and recruited by Century 21 Crest and their REO Division, CrestREO. Crest REO is one of several divisons of this large Century 21 empire - the 77th largest Century 21 in the country.

Together these entites forge a strategic cluster of real estate business operations under the same continous ownership, known as EAM Enterprises. Our founder, Ray Mirzakhanian started the first of these companies, beginning in 1991, and continues to serve as their inspiration and president.
