Prepare your offer to purchase and any documents that need to be attached. Negotiate on your behalf for the price, terms and conditions that are acceptable to you. If you are considering selling your home, I would love to represent you as your listing agent. Here is a list of things that I will do for you:
Prepare a current market analysis to help you establish a fair asking price for your home. Give you pointers/advice on how to stage your home in ways that buyers might find pleasing. Advertise your home through different media channels such as - Monthly Magazine, Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Yard Sign, Internet, Website, Other Real Estate Agencies and Networking. Pre-qualify buyers (when possible). Present all offers to you and draft any documents that might be necessary, such as, counter offers. Work with all parties involved in the purchase of your home to ensure the smoothest closing possible. As a real estate agent it is my duty to bring buyer and seller together in an effort to reach an agreement for the sale of real property. What I do, as a service to my CLIENT is educate them on the entire process, help them choose the option that is best for them, complete the necessary forms and follow-up on the entire process for them.
The optional word is CLIENT. The client is the party that I represent. I represent buyers and sellers. In my opinion, all parties should have reprentation. Therefore, I am happy to sign a listing contract with you, then when we have a bonnafide offer signed, I sign a buyer agency contract with you. I then represent you in the purchase of your next home.
