Tripp and his wife, Sherri, have a son, Noah.  They enjoy their time together at polo, the beach or just in their back yard.  Sherri is a math professor and hails from Houma, Louisiana. There she received her undergraduate degree from Nichols State and her master's degree from LSU. Tripp grew up in Atlanta, Georgia attended Brandon Hall School in Dunwoody, Georgia and went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Western Carolina University.
