It involves getting to know people, listening to their wants and needs, doing your absolute best to help them realize their dreams. Sellers need advice as how to get their properties ready to go on the market. They have to get the property in such condition that when a buyer walks in, he/she would be in owe. The first impression is extremely important. The second most important item in listing a property is pricing it according to the market conditions. We all do think that our homes are worth a fortune but we have to be realistic.
