Thom really worked hard for me, even though my condo was not one of the more expensive properties. He had open houses and was always there for me when I had a question. This was during the worst of the real estate low and the mortgage lenders'fiasco. He did find me a buyer on a short-sale, but the bank fooled around for several months and the buyer backed out. Thom is not only a hard-working agent, but a very pleasant and likeable one. |
