I have been in the real estate business since 1994. I began as an agent a month after my daughter was born. After two years as an agent, I began managing the office. A couple of years later, I made the move to the Home Office.
I've worked as a Technology Trainer, in the "DotCom" division, the director of the Business Intelligence Group, and now I am the Vice President for Business and Technical Development.
"Business and Technical Development" is a pretty broad area. Most of what I do is to look for new ways and places to display our listings on the Internet; develop new tools for our agents to use; and provide a focal point for the many projects that the Real Estate people have ongoing - all while maintaining the functions of the Business Intelligence Group. It provides a new and different challenge almost daily.
