| From start to finish Tim was an amazing asset for me in my house hunt. He was very familiar with Mount Pleasant and surrounding areas and was quickly capable of providing a detailed list of properties that met my criteria. He was always available by phone email or text and was polite, respectful, courteous, and even humorous at times. All in all, I couldn't possibly give enough credit to Tim for getting me in the property I was looking for. I strongly recommend him to anyone searching for a property in the Charleston, SC area. |

| We called Tim on Christmas Eve of 2013 about a house we saw online and absolutely had to have and he immediately got on top of it for us. Even before a major holiday, Tim jumped onto getting us to be able to see the house immediately. Even after closing on our house, Tim continued to check in on us to make sure we were completely satisfied. He is the best realtor we have ever worked with and we will continue to recommend Tim to all of our family and friends. Not that we plan to use him again, because we got our dream house but Tim is the absolute best in his profession! |

| It was a pleasure to work with Tim Walter throughout the process of selling a property in the Mount Pleasant area. Tim is a seasoned, experienced and knowledgeable agent. He offered pertinent, helpful advice throughout the process. With a quick phone call or email, Tim kept me informed of the latest happenings with the listing, promotion, showings, sale and closing of the property. He did not waste time in long-winded conversation, but always was 'to the point' and cordial. He is friendly, courteous, and has a delightful sense of humor. I also felt Tim went the extra mile in working diplomatically and constructively with tenants who were living in the property I was selling.
