About Me:
Honest, reliable, and philanthropic – these are the three qualities I would use to sum up my personality. Brought up in Northern California in a big-hearted family, I have always loved helping people and contributing positively towards the society since my childhood. Thus, right after college, I began my 17 year long career in the Medical Field and also served in supervisory positions whenever I was called upon (I can’t recall how many stray dogs I might have saved and continue to do so whenever need be). However, after marrying my high school sweetheart Ron, I moved to Arizona in late 2000 with my two beautiful kids and opted to pursue my very own entrepreneurial venture in the Real Estate Industry.
Where I Am:
After personally facing immense difficulty in finding reliable and honest realtors to locate the best possible house for myself, I decided to join the industry to add positive value and help individuals across the state find the best possible properties without a single worry. Thus, with a successful 10+ year long experience in the real estate industry of Arizona now, I can, without a doubt, declare to be one of the best assets you can get in contact with to put your real estate needs at bay. Whether you wish to either sell a property or buy one, I, with my wealth of knowledge and personal contacts, can delight you with my services and ensure you are not cheated in any way.
In my leisure time, I love spending time with my lovely 23 year old daughter and my young and handsome 20 year old son. You can also normally catch me working out at my neighborhood gym or taking part in a charitable movement to save endangered animals in Arizona. Moreover, whenever I get the time, I also enjoy helping my husband Ron grow his personal business (www.advancedsurfacesolutionsllc.com) of tile and carpet cleaning to beautify the homes of Arizona and educate families on how to increase the life of their floorings.

| A great realtor will listen to all your concerns, and Tina did just that. She did a great job helping us find a house to buy, and a great job helping us sell our house when we were ready. When it came time to sell, we got an offer only a couple of days after listing it. She is honest, easy to communicate with, and returns all calls or texts in a timely manner. Highly recommended! |

| Last July we decided that we needed to move to a home that was closer to work because our commutes on the freeways in the Phoenix area had become unbearable and a huge waste of time. The process of finding another home and selling the one you have been living in for 12 years can be a daunting, highly stressful endeavor. We chose Tina Barton as our Realtor to help us through the process and we thoroughly enjoyed working with her! We looked at homes where we thought we might like to live and Tina was always there with a positive outlook and gung-ho attitude while braving the mid-summer heat. Our geographical areas of interest decreased and our uncommon requirements ruled out a lot of properties. Even when we got discouraged, Tina reminded us with that looking for houses again would be fun! She was always positive, professional and understanding of our needs and quirks. We valued Tina’s opinions since she has a great knowledge base of floor plans and features found in homes in the Phoenix area. She kept in touch with texts, emails, and phone calls when needed and never made us feel forgotten. Secure on-line document signing was convenient through email. We love our new home! | I pasted in a testimonial below, Ben and I loved working with you, still can't believe we got everything on our list for a home and in our budget. You were great! As first time home buyers, my husband and I are so happy we chose Tina as our realtor. The whole experience was highly emotional, I can't imagine doing this twice! Thankfully, Tina was our anchor and helped us find our perfect house. We had so many requirements for our home, I didn't think it was possible to find what we wanted on our very small budget. And yet, Tina made sure that neither one of us had to compromise, we're so happy in our home!
