I am a senior loan officer able to do loans in 47 of 50 states and work with borrowers of all incomes and home price ranges.  I specialize in VA loans and first time homebuyers.  All loans are on my radar and I subscribe to a work ethic that states "I do the work so my borrowers don't have to".  Additionally, I have developed an extensive network of other provessionals that can intervene and assiat with credit score management, loan modifications, forclosure prevention/reversals and the like.  As such, I am able to meet any propective borrewer exactly where they are and do those things that assist them in obtaining a loan or hanging on to one they already have.
