TN Homes Realty is a division of Keller Williams Realty International.  Mindy Chancey, Owner, has been immersed in the world of real estate her entire life.  Her father owned and managed his own substantial real estate portfolio in Ohio where she grew up, and Mindy followed in her father's footsteps, building her own portfolio in Ohio before moving to Tennessee in 2013.  She is now working to buy rental properties in The Greater Nashville Area while also working as an affiliate real esate broker for KWI.  

Mindy is a licensed teacher and has held several teaching and administrative positions in schools in Ohio.  In addition to her real estate career, Mindy is the Office Administrator for Bradford Ministries, an evangelical ministry also based in Nashville.

In her spare time, Mindy enjoys riding horses and spending time outdoors. She loves physical fitness and spends many evenings at the gym.

She is driven on a daily basis by the understanding that the only limits placed on her life are those in her own mind.  The sky is the limit, and she is mastering the art of flying!
