The TNT Real Estate Team is made up of 2 Brokers and 3 sales agents (Ted Dykstra Jr and Terry Burback, Brokers; Harald “HH” Heinrich, Tricia Weimer and Bryce Dykstra as Buyers agents) plus support staff. All are licensed to sell Real Estate in the State of Montana.

Ted Dykstra Jr is a Supervising Broker at Keller Williams Realty NW MT located in Kalispell, Montana. Ted Jr is a 5th generation native of the Flathead Valley in northwest Montana. In 1998, after 25 years of retail sales and management, Ted Jr joined his father, Ted Dykstra Sr, in the family owned real estate brokerage, Ted Dykstra Real Estate. Ted Jr’s career exploded, and he sold 48 homes his first 8 months in Real Estate. During the summer of 2003 Ted Jr purchased the brokerage from Ted Sr. building the business to 36 sales agents. In November of 2008 Ted Jr sold the brokerage and moved his license to Keller Williams Realty NW Montana.

Ted Jr was elected the 2003-2004 and 2007-2008 President of the Northwest Montana Association of REALTORS and he has served on numerous committees at both local and state association levels. In the spring of 2007 Ted Jr was chosen as Northwest Montana's REALTOR of the Year. In the fall of 2007 Ted Jr received the distinction of being chosen the 2007 REALTOR of the Year for the state of Montana. This honor is a once in a lifetime award and he was recognized at the National level with the recipients from all States and USA territories.

Terry Burback is a Broker with Keller Williams Realty NW MT of Kalispell Montana. Terry was born in Abilene, TX. She was raised in Florida and graduated from Osceola High School; Kissimmee FL. Terry holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Webster University. Terry owned a construction company and worked in the construction industry for 20 years before moving to Montana in 2005. In 2008 Terry obtained her Montana Real Estate license and holds a GRI designation. Terry has served at multiple leadership positions within the Real Estate Association and with Keller Williams Realty.

Harald “HH” Heinrich, with more than 20 years of customer service experience and broad exposure to real estate as a buyer, seller and investor HH is well-qualified and excited to find the best possible solution for every client. In his free time HH enjoys coaching youth soccer and exploring Montana on foot, by mountain bike and on X/C skis.

Tricia Weimer is the latest member to join the team in early 2019. Tricia has many years of sales experience. She has a strong background in Fine Arts and Interior Design and wants to put it all to use for you. Tricia is motivated and very enthusiastic in helping buyers reach their dream home. Tricia enjoys working out at the gym, walking her dog, traveling and staging homes. Tricia and her husband Monte make Kalispell their home.

Bryce Dykstra is a sales agent with Keller Williams Realty NW MT of Kalispell Montana. Bryce was born and raised in Kalispell, graduating from Flathead High School. He attended Flathead Valley Community College and Montana State University before launching out into his real estate career in 2014. Bryce brings his youthful enthusiasm along with customer service background into the team.
