PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Todd started his career as a CPA with the accounting firm KPMG Peat Marwick in Kansas City.  He spent 8 years with the Fortune 500 agri-business company, Seaboard Corporation, in accounting and land development.  During his time with Seaboard, Todd was responsible for the contract execution and closing on over 30,000 acres of agricultural land in Kansas and Oklahoma.  Since moving to the Wichita area in 1997 Todd has worked for Koch Industries and worked as an independent trader, trading stocks and futures.  Todd understands the process of buying and selling real estate and the diligence necessary to benefit his client.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND: 

Todd is a life long resident of Kansas having grown up on a farm in central Kansas.  He earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration: Finance and Accounting from Kansas State University.  Todd currently lives in Derby with his wife, Angela and son, Jack.
