Todd has lived in North San Diego and South Riverside Counties since 2001.  Todd possesses over fifteen years of real estate and customer service experience.  Prior to joining IMPACT Real Estate, Todd worked with 3 other local real estate companies and was with Bank of America in their Consumer Banking Division.  He worked closely with clients in an effort to create long lasting relationships.  Todd brings a strong work ethic, exceptional service, and a broad range of knowledge to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.

Todd is a member of the United States Green Building Council – San Diego Chapter,  an Affiliate Member of The Appraisal Institute,  Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Preferred Partner with the Short Sale Specialists Network,  and a Student Member of CCIM.  Additionally,  Todd is a founding member of IMPACT Club and is involved with charitable organizations such as San Diego Coast Keeper,  World Vision,  and Habitat for Humanity.
