Some companies are all about closing as many loans as possible without regard to the needs of the client. I became a loan officer to educate my clients on their options and help them find the BEST solution for their financial needs.

It's always a good feeling to help people find a loan that will enable them to reach their housing goals, whether that means buying a home, lowering their current rate or payment, using their equity to finance other goals.  One of my favorite scenarios is helping someone buy their first home - sharing in their excitement while doing my part to make the transaction as stress-free for them as possible.

Most of my business is from referrals and repeat clients. I feel like this is a testament to the caring and helpful manner in which I assist my clients. My goal is to continue to provide the personal & professional service that my clients expect and deserve, and keep striving to find ways to improve upon that service.

I enjoy community service activities such as helping the Grass Valley Downtown Assoc. with cleanup of the downtown area, painting of Habitat for Humanity homes, assisting S.Y.R.C.L. with river cleanup, helping out with various booths at the Fairgrounds and downtown events.  I also enjoy horseback riding, classic autos and rafting - I co-host an annual rafting trip for the local real estate professionals - call me for details!
