I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscriber to their code of ethics entitling my use of the title REALTOR®. In addition I am a Member of the Council of Residential Specialists and an e-PRO® certified in using the internet and technology to meet my clients needs. I continue to pursue education in the real estate industry to elevate my professional expertise. I have over 35 years experience in negotiated sales and marketing and have been active in the real estate business since 2002. Having lived all my life in Lancaster County (except a few short interuptions) I am highly knowledgable in the county and it's neighborhoods, history and culture. With roots going back to the very beginning of the county to my five grandchildren living in the area I love Lancaster County and the people that make up the many communities of the area. I actively strive to understand my clients needs and desires and then work diligently toward acheiving those needs and wants.
My area of special expertise is in finding the special property for buyers whether it be an historic home or a mini-farm or a comdominium I work very hard for my clients. Further, I use the internet and other technology vehicles in superior marketing of my clients properties for sale. I am certified in the use of technology as exemplified by my e-PRO designation as well as be a Member: Council of Residential Specialists. In addition to the individual home residential market I also enjoy working with investors in properties such as multi-family residential and commercial properties as well as businesses.
I am knowledgable in Lancaster County and can assist the newcomer in finding the right location to suit their lifestyle as they become Lancastrians.
I maintain my own website which is loaded with community information as well as featured homes and the entire Keystone MLS (the multi-list for Lancaster and Lebanon counties). Knowing that over 70% of buyers start their search on the internet, my listing are exposed on my own site and on multiple other real estate websites recieving maximum exposure to prospective buyers.
